For myself it seems like two different songs got mixed which doesn't belong together (instrumental one and a singing one). Yes, but the Japanese is obviously turned backwards for the second part. The actual theme is a little under 2 minutes, if memory serves, so the video would be much less lengthy if this wasn't used. I'm not accusing the vid of being subliminal- far from it!- I'm praising this clever method which works very well on us non-Japanese speakers.
