  • @dpperkin1, place them in micro for 1 min. apply egg, fry on hot pan, non stick with little oil. beech main oil ho pan ke, kebab wahan dalo phir 30-40 sec main palat ker kinare per jahan oil na ho wahan push ker do. oil main kebaab kabhi ne rehne do. wahen eak baar aur palat lo. behtareen roast se ho jate hain aur bikherte naheen

  • I just saw, its a 2min recipe :) how could you get all the details in 2 min :) i wanted to make all my videos for 1-2 min, but i felt people here are mostly starters. They have no knowledge of basics. So I had to give more detail for them to understand, today’s most valuable thing is time, no one has it. I was never able to get any recipe from youtube.

  • can the egg be mixed into the shami kabab instead of dipping it in egg and then frying?

  • yes some people do, but it wont be the same, big difference

  • @kajubaju If we mix egg with the mince, the shami would turn dry and a little hard but if we fry with egg coating it would be juicy from inside and crispy from outside.

  • sab 1/3rd kerdo. pani ke ilawah. pani 1 1/2 cup se try karo. pehli baar bana rahi ho to thora sa pressre dena 2-3 min. baqi yoonhe gala lena md heat per. jal na jaye. good luck

  • thanks for sharing this wonderful recepi. the kabab turned out delicious and i found the technique much simpler than what i've usually seen on tv. most recipes require you to cook qeema and daal separately which is just an added hastle. thanks for ur wonderful tips!

  • Hi Bajia, in this recipe you added a large piece of ginger. Do you remove it once the Keema mix has been cooked or can we add grated ginger at the start so it's mixed through the kebabs? Thanks.

  • Hi, when we blend the mince everything else in it is crushed as well, so it automatically gets mixed with the mince :)

  • yes these are the first few ones :) I never wanted to be on YouTube. I just left a recipe for a friend and it became a rollercoaster ride for me. I hardly find time. I often smile at myself that I do not even dish out my dish, no presentation what so ever and mostly end my recipe by zooming into the pot :) there is a recipe that has my kitchen as well. What I find most impressive is that your cooking style is hindustani and not punjabi. Here in the UK the majority of Pakistani community is punjabi, kashmiri and mirpuri, and unfortunately they lack the skill, taste and understanding of good cooking.   • yes it can be but it may taste a bit diffrent. try mixing chicken in aaloo tikkiyan.

  • when you grind it you know then, how the texture is. if its watery place it in micro for 1-2 min 1-2 times. If dry add more onion or bit of water

  • @MahaMakeup Just a Suggestion, Dont Dry the Water while it's cooking let it be Soggy just like a in this video they r completely Sogged and Cooked. and if you think they r dry you can add one egg to make them soft and binded. then you can fry them without dipping them into the egg.

  • asalamalikum bajia..can u tell me what is kutee hui lal mirch. i mean which dry red chilli u r talking about which needs to be crushed??? sometime i use dry kashmiri red chilli but thaz not spicy at all. secondly i wanna ask how much salt u added in kebab becoz in video u say 21/2 tsp and subtitile shows 21/2 tbsp. i know it is silly to ask about salt becoz it is to taste but i m novice cook.   • You can add salt according to taste because you can always taste the dough to add more. Kuti miravh is crushed chili mean flakes of red chili and they are hot.

  • Its not lamb its beef. With chicken its totally a different thing. This is an authentic recipe I can not change it but do as you like. Try kerlo ko-e herj nahin per taste ye nahin hoga. banain ge achey per sirf kabab, shami kabab nahin 

  • Pakistani khana angrezi main nahin banta. How can I cook Pakistani dish in English)) this clip was just a part of 1/2hr program. You might not understand but all the new recipes have ingredients in English. They are easy to understand. Shami is not an easy thing to make. Where you dont understand some thing just drop a line I will try to solve your problem.

  • Thanks for liking my recipes. I have never made chicken haleem. 30 years ago we only knew that haleem is made with beef. Karachi ke mahallon ke lerke raat raat bher ise pakate, aur subho subho gheron main hleem ki baltiyan bantin jatin. Some day Inshaallah I will make beef haleem and upload, you can add chicken replacing beef then.

  • salam bajia,i think ill try your recipe,just one question,when i make shamie kebabs and fry them freshily they are fine.But after freezing they break while theyr being fried.For this reason i dont add the chopped onions.because i think they release water.However you sujest to add them and also that they can be frozen.May be im doing something wrong..???

  • Mine never had any problems. If you are worried about onions then crush them and squize them just a little with your hands and add. (Thats what we do for seekh kebabs)

    Waise nahin toot-te. If they are frozen then heat them in microwave for 1 ½ min and fry straight away, never leave them in oil push them after turning straight away towerd the dry end of the pan. Make sure your mixture is nor very runny. Ager phir bhi tootain to add one egg in the mixture as well. Fry them on nonstick.
