ive seen people beat gouken on hardest using dan, and el fuerte has an infint combo.

i don't know but i think el fuerte is no good as well. he's resistance to damage is low, his damage to the opponent is low. he's just fast. My opinion only. I always beat el fuerte online using honda, blanka, m.bison. Btw, my character is honda, he has great damage hit, and his resistance to damage is also high. Seth i think has the weakest resistance to balance his strength in techniques. If seth is used properly, he's a very strong character, as well as akuma.
