Everything's just about practise, and strength.

Yeah - muscleup speed obviously increases with practise, but it looks like you're not even thinking before you move straight on to the next obstacle. Bobby does the same thing - it's always pretty scary to watch because it looks like he has no idea what's ahead of him and is just throwing himself constantly forward, but it's actually pretty calculated. How long have you been training?
