I like the slight piano in the beginning. Use a deeper drum roll, not the militaristic drum. Also where your voice goes slow, the music fits there too.

Addition of more instruments would lessen the affects of the drum and hum which grows to be bothersome after a while.

Much better than the just the piano, but I think the drum rolls are too much. Try a violin with it, and a stronger/louder guitar. Also the background music doesn't change with your voice. Make the background music go faster as your voice gets to climax. The parts where you don't sing, the background music is best.
