I just read somewhere that this song is Ryutaro's experience that he feels embarassed whenever he hear this song... what's so sad is that in this song he admits that what he has are all just lies from fairytales' land............. (As you know, plastic tree's lyrics are so fairytales)

Yeah, I think it does, but it could also mean snow memories... yeah, I know that doesn't really work, but you have to see the kanji to know I guess.
