@gotbletu Is it possible to change how the different pannels boot like on different workspaces? So when you boot up, your pannels are different on all of your different workspaces?
@Tobelli in the keyboard shortcuts set the hotkeys for 'switch to workspace' then use those for easystrokes. I'll do another easystrokes video in a few days
Everybody has his own way of using Compiz. Personally, I'm using a netbook. The distance between touchpad and keyboard is pretty small, and mouse gestures are quite annoying on this tiny thing. So I, on the other hand, use shortkeys.
You didn't mention that you're probably going to need to install the mouse gesture plugin btw. You can install the package 'compiz-fusion-plugins-unsupported' for that.
@Jarige2 mouse gestures is Easystrokes, think i mention that a few times in the video, but no is not the compiz package u said. Also this is a reply video not a tutorial
It would be cool if you could have a "private session" just like you have private browsing on you internet browser, but instead for your desktop. Not sure what that would in-tale, make just have it automatically clear recent documents, terminal history etc...Just an idea...
@fatkasuvayu i dont like to logout, plus ppl use it for a bit only, just like if someone wants to use ur browser doesnt mean u want to logout just for that
@gotbletu thats why I mentioned switch users. there should be a switch user plugin which lets u switch users without logging out, do your thing with the other user then switch back to the original user.

This video was a life saver. I couldn't figure out how to change the settings to have 2 squares and 2 columns on the workspace. Thanks, bud.
