I love how each and every live preformance he fuckein twists the lyrics to an almost "how I Feel right now" but maintaining the spirit of the song. Its probably how he wrote the lyrics at the time. Most of the time he would write lyrics and change them later because he hated them or felt differently. So this was probably just a rendition. If you saw teen spirits original lyrics they were different also.
