Most countries say when you are 18-20 u are an authoritative person. Perhaps the age the country says you are adult and can make your own choices, should be the age you are seen as adult and make your own choices? Such as.. In America the age limit is 18 in most states. If less than 18 then the guy/girl may be at most only 2 years older. While this may seem very strict, as a young guy it is actually nice to have a line drawn in the sand so basically there is no temptation and no reason to screw up. I know a lot of Americans who hate our laws for being so strict, but just personally I find it refreshing to have some boundaries set by society. Of course I think it would be my own human nature to cross those lines

dressing up can be fun, but you gotta keep in mind, there are perverted guys out there and for some guys out there it can give them the wrong idea... for example: I love dressing up. I bought these really nice thigh high boots and I wore them out with a pair of skinny jeans and my coat. here's a logical reason to be against it... what about the girls? can you imagine being a young girl and having sex with an older man? This remind me of a store i went to. At first it look like fun n cute with all the toys, cute accessories and really cute candies n school supplies etc. It seem like a small hello kitty store until I walk to the back and found porn out in the open next to some cute note books. To me, sexual obsession with underage girls and boys is sick because of the real motives behind it. Sure kids have great skin and many "good" years ahead of them, but the real reason some guys are turned on by kids is because they're turned on by control.

I think the desire is based in the male attraction to youth and beauty in females. Men often have powerful instincts to sexualize things they think are beautiful. I think that's where the resignation in the society comes from, even among people who don't share the attraction. I think it's a problem to push it too far, though, because it obviously can create major problems for young women and girls. It's a complicated issue, fraught with problems, and I'm not sure there's an easy solution.

I think the butler cafe being ok thing as opposed to maid cafe's is that males generally are proud to be ogled at and since its more rare for girls to perv out over guys it's kinda "cool" for the guys you know? Lolicon is the Japanese version of the Lolita complex.
