did you handle the bigger one when it was younger? i handle mine every day almost and another youtuber said it was detrimental to handle them.

its not detrimental to handle them a lot, but what i do is, sometimes i handfeed them to show them i mean no harm and also to show them that i care for them

if i tried to handfeed mine he would bite my finger and he has done it before.

try to hand feed it something like a mouse, and hold it at the end of the tail, sometimes they may get confused on what is food, and what is not

Those heating rocks arent really the best idea. I used to have a green iguana and i had a heat rock instead of lamp and it died. They sit on the rock all day and get week instead of walking around like they would if you had a lamp instead.

well hes not on it much anyway, i have cats and everytime he comes out of his hole they scare him back in, so hes moving around alot

heating roks can also malfunction and burn lizards because they wont get off until its too late. I dont trust them.

Oh. Ok it rust you, lol i just personnaly fear them. Just make sure it isn't cracked or wet or anything. Oh and when he grows up its the cats that'll be runnin' lol.
