I SAW him at Donnington 2010! His performance was better than AC/DC!! Can't remember all his set: White Wedding, Flesh for Fantasy and finished with Rebel Yell. Someone shouted for Rebel Yell and he replied something like "Easy Chief, we've got loads of time, well I have loads of fucking time anyway..." :o. He gave out signed plates and drum sticks. It chucked it down but we didn't care and nor did he. He IS Mr Cool!

I was there! If i remember rightly, there were more people in that tent than were watching Feeder on the main stage!

They had to stop people trying to get in, there were that many people!

Thank god they've seen sense this year and put him on the main stage!!

Not sure what he says, but that's a hell of a second stage if so, most of them are not that elaborate vid screens and all. look at 6:19 and 1:44. At any rate considering the career ender motor bike wreck, and the kind of shape he is in hear, I would say this dude is a survivor!

The only other headliner you've yet to mention is the one I'd really love to see ;-) Aerosmith are good, saw them a few years back, bit cheesy though. AC/DC put on a great show and are a top class band. Aside from them and Them Crooked Vultures, I stand by my opinion of 'a bit weak'

Don't beat the original Black Sabbath and Anthrax lineups of 05 or Kiss and Ace of 08 ;-)
