What the fuck is this ? This workout is kind of a mess. Too much exercices, too much different muscles targeted (Lowerback, legs > deadlift. chest > Incline benchpress. Lats > one rm rows)

Recently started doing Bent over Barbell rows and have to say I loved them.
I did one arm for a while but eventually I found that with heavier weights it would result in me almost twisting my back to get it up even though my lats still had the strength to do so.
What is the difference between upright rows and shrugs for traps? I have done both at different times in past experience just wondering what the difference is.
i dont know i hear soo much people saying on the internet that you need to train some muscles more than once per week like chest people say to train chest 2-3x a week to gain mass but idk can you kidna give me some info about it?
cause i really want to do a 5 day split you know like 40mins EXTREME intensity just on one muscle part to just kill it
