Um, no they don't. The song is about a guy who had a relationship with a woman that ended. Later, while he's with his new girl, the original one contacts him and he realizes he's still in love with her and is tempted to cheat on his current love.

That's about as far from Keiichi and Bell as you can get. It's still a nice song, but it does not fit at all.
