The President has approached energy policy just as he approaches most everything else – with the naive assumption that as long as lots of government programs and mandates are established, the agenda will be accomplished and all will go well. Thus billions of dollars have been handed-out in “loans” and “grants” to Green recipient, typically personal friends and people who are working for his re-election.
Whenever I sound like a dolt, I like to use the phrase "such as" also in an effort to keep on speaking as though I have something to say. I especially like it as the last two words in a clause or sentence such as.

It looks like the honest Republicans push to get the Drive by Media to pay attention to Operation Fast and Furious through a request for a special prosecutor has paid dividends. CNN’s Anderson Cooper devoted an entire segment to the scandal, interviewing House Oversight chair Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA), and giving a tough but balanced overview of the issue.

They cut out the good answers that she gave that made her look knowledgeable. Look up Palin's interviews on Google to read her deleted answers. She answers the question about the concept of "Bush doctrine"( a term that has been attributed to Charles Krauthammer), in the practical sense. She states her opinion. Trash talking and expressing joy over an imagined violent death for her, as some do, is wrong. State specifically where she ever personally called for violence. Words, times, dates. Argue with facts that are verifiable, if you can.

There is no comparison here and it is unfair to try to draw one. Palin did not sound like that girl. Palins interviews were also EDITED by the media. They cut out the good answers that she gave that made her look knowledgeable. Look up Palin's interviews on Google to read her deleted answers. Would they do that with a liberal politician's interview? No way! They would do the opposite. They would take out the liberal politicians worst moments in the interview and show only the best.

Then she goes on to say that Bush attempted to rid the world of Islamic Extremists. Well, guess what, that is ONE facet of the Bush Doctrine that Bush felt the US has the right to defend itself from terrorists and Islamic extremists leading to the unilateral invasion of Iraq.
