My grizzly has a WARN 2500XT winch and it gets used quite often. Mostly for getting other atv's unstuck, though on rare occasions I do get stuck. If you never get stuck than your never going to find your limitations.

i do know what im talkin about. never heard of "destroyed cvts" on grizzlies, and im a member to several forums with thousands of members, never heard a single problem on the grizz cvt. Actually, the grizzly's cvt is the best on the market.

Perhaps my friend should send you a copy of the $800 repair bill he got after sucking mud into his grizzly cvt. Even after we drained it the machine wouldn't go faster than 25 mph. I don't know how many times we've had to stop to drain water out of a grizzly cvt. And it probably is the best on the market.

@photobiker66 i had the same prob, bc i made a mistake by bringing it out in the mud the 1st day i got it and not seeing that my belt exaust was not snorkled up to my fenders lol. But all i had to do was spray water into my belt intake and rev my engine until it cleaned it out but i really had to gun it to get my clutch to engage again lol. so yea NOT a Good idea goin in tht water.

yeah same here.. im all stock with some 29.5 outlaws and i put mine through HELL.. ive been through 5ft+ water doing a wheelie of course, but all stock... and an artic cat snorkeled still got water in his clutch and a polaris died all in the same 5ft+ hole i went through (i was the only one without a snorkel) but im not saying the grizz IS the best.. but in my opinion since ive owned all brands but the can am.. the yammies are the way to go since theyre built right..
