Socialism - workers own the means of production.

Capitalism - means of production (capital) is privately controlled.

Corporation - immortal citizen granted rights under the 14th amendment so as to relieve liability from shareholders and CEO's.

Madison quote, Federalist Document Number 10. You do realize when he states 'minority' he is speaking of the 'wealthy minority' right. James Madison in that same document also stated that all mans right are derived from property.
