I thought your skin looked great in this video. Loved the overall composition. MANY third-world countries include all kinds of bugs in their normal diets. Bug-bits are in most dry-goods we eat on a regular basis.

I could never see any reason to eat a roach. Even if I were starving, I would rather eat a mud cookie (as they sadly do in Haiti) than to eat a roach.

Val while you may never eat a roach I'm sorry to tell you that you have probably eaten many other insects if you consider that some food can have acceptable insect levels specified by the authorities due to the fact that mass produced food can sometimes contain insects caught during harvest, so there.
