this is not an english version of the game. the english version has VEGA as BISON. this version shows BISON as VEGA, the reverse, which is the japanese version

I said AN english version, not the english version. This game was only Released in Jap, so Naturally only has Japanese text in the Menus and and the Startscreen. But this one has english texts, so he must have used a translation patch, and withit a downloaded version of the game for sure.

The mode selection is in english, but the real menus and the Warning screen at the beginning are in Japanese
