Truly was heaven on earth before hurricane ate away a large part it (Hunting Island) when the pristine barrier island forest was was protected by a much wider and longer beach. Used to take about a half hour to walk from capground to the lighthouse then!
Nice video but , for some of the viewers who have not been there before might would have liked to see the beach camp sites. The beach camp sites are so beautiful.
P.S. TAKE SOME MOSQUITO & GNATT SPRAY!!!!! Take advantage now because they are losing so many sites due to beach errosion.

You'll like it. Lots of camp sites, close enough to the beach. Mosquitoes and coons are rather a pain though. :) Haven't actually camped there in a number of years. Wish I was going too. Would only take a few hours from here. ENJOY!
