click on your brush tool and the at the top choose brush size. at the top of that there will be a little arrow pointing to the right click that and click assorted brushes and there it is.
He holds the ctrl (command on a mac) key and clicks on the layer thumbnail (the little square box) in the layers palette. This brings up a selection of the text. From there you can fill it and do whatever else you need to do to it.
What I mean is the presets?
Mine doesn't have any!
