Delighted my publisher, on member's request, donated copy (autographed) of 'Speak Swahili, Dammit!' to fundraising raffle, Kenya Regiment Association meeting, Winchester, 6th July. Proceeds to old-age homes for former Askaris in East Africa. Publisher also agreed to sell copies at big discount, £3.00 per copy each to buyers at meeting, and same charity. I hope this presages bigger donations to come.
