I think that when we become a mom we get a gene that makes us what to make everyone happy... It is only then when we forget about ourselves. Then we feel guilty when we try to make us happy. Finding the balance that is a trick so if you find it let me know what your secret is...
Once you have a person you are (kids) your whole world changes. It amazes me how many people are out to be friends with their children and not their parent. Poor kids get screwed. Thats might sound bitchy to some, but I don't care. I do want my family happy, but not all that brings us instant gratification is always healthy for us in the long run. I guess people need to be happy for them and not try so hard to please others for happiness. It can back fire....
Kudos to you Cresh!!!! It is so hard to lose hope and have that IF ONLY feeling. Losing hope only brings sleepless nights, second guessing the intentions of others and feeling of giving up, cause "what does it really matter?" I guess it is up to us to find something to counteract those feelings. For some it is family, others excercise, and others shopping...Lol (even if it overdraws your account)

We do find out what we are made of in our moments of weakness and when we are low. For me to view my trials as things I can look back on and see as life lessons, it helps me get through. Thanks so much chica!!
