Actually it was just Tsuji, Mari had already left Mini Moni around then, which is a shame in my opinion, since I preferred her to Takahashi. Having said that Takahashi did a good job filling in as a Mini Moni member

They are different, Odoru11 was a shuffle group for 2002 and 11Water was a shuffle group for 2003.
Also the members and style of song is different, the only similarity they have is the 11 and some members such as Tsuji Nozomi.
