I have a girlfriend who takes in ferret's that people want to get rid of , generally because they're moving and can't take them. I've been to her house when she's had 14 of them and they were all out of their cages.  Not even one of them was aggressive toward me at all. A little irritating because I was lying down on her couch and one was trying to burrow it's way into my belly button. lol! Another one took off with my cell phone. They were funny and most very lovable.

Yeah, I have three ferrets and they'd never attack you like this. Commercials always like to portray ferrets as making little rat sounds and squealing - couldn't be farther from the truth! They are quiet and friendly animals.

This is NOT a good way for ferrets to make their national TV debut. In this state (CA), ferrets are still illegal. many ferrets lovers here have put countless hours into trying to change the draconian laws around here and change the minds of California citizens who are not familiar with ferrets or their behavior. This video does nothing but hurt everything we've worked for by putting that notion in people's minds that ferrets, like grizzly bears, are to be associated with fear and aggression.
