I disagree. His voice is good.

Flowers has a very wavy voice, almost like a vibrato or pained at times. This guy here doesn't do that, but he has good way to change the notes in his voice so it's not flat. I don't hear the same feeling Flowers puts in, but it's a good voice for the song.
