what i find hard to understand is, if mrs. jensen felt she would be poisoned by her husband why didnt she just call an ambulance and tell them she think her husband is trying to kill her, when she became very ill? i mean if you think someone is trying to poison you, and you become ill wouldn't you contact the police. i mean all she had to do was call 911 instead of written a letter to the son school.. she planned it, she poured it, she drunk it!! Just watched Kevin Bacon's friends get up and say what a wonderful guy he was, and while they "loved" Julie -- they tried to trash her about being a bad mom. Why didn't the Courtv host say "Hey fool -- didn't you hear the testimony about Kevin telling others how to kill their wife with poison?" He was SOO wonderful, he had researched killing your wife WITH EXACTLY the poison used, and when drunk, told others. Whats the chances of that? CourtTV should have asked his friends that.

Mark, I agree. Giving a little insite, I was married before to an abusive man whom my family LOVED! I used to joke that if we ever got divorced, my family would keep him and not me! So, when the marriage went south, I didn't have the heart to tell my family what a scum ball he was being, I wanted to spare their feelings and let them keep believing he was a GREAT guy. I believe Julie did the same thing, she didn't want her brothers thinking ill of Mark in case it worked out.

How many women will let their husband go two hours from home on Christmas eve -- when they are 8.5 months pregnant, with their first child! I'm the father of three, and especially the first child, your wife doesn't let you go in the other room -- much less two hours away, when you could give birth any minute. Peterson was worse than Jensen, but both are scum
