hey im trying to get extremely cut and dont wanna get big and i know i should do more reps with less weight to accomplish that, but i was wondering if you had any other tips i could use. Please respond.

This happens to me on occasions too. I feel when my BMI is lower my cheeks seem thinner and my face looks skinnier. People generally see the face first, see the loss of wieght make the comment. I wouldn't worry about it as long as your wieght is staying somewhat consistant. thanks best regards blake adams ps good job with your results too.

nothing slims down a person down like running. I have recently started free running. If free running isn't for you jump rope, swimming, basic cardio. thanks blake
I eat a lot, but lots of water, lots of protien powder, chicken steak, fruit smoothies, vegtable smothies. My main instrument in the kitchen is the blender. A good mult vit helps with energy levels. thanks, Best Regards Blake Adams
You should never stop. If you do just go cold turkey the muscle will get fat deposits on it and you'll be big in a bad way, or you might be the other body type where it just slowly slims off. If you get huge like Arnold and then slowly tone your workout down the muscle will adjust without any negative affects. Muscle definition gets better with age, it's just harder for people to be consistant throughout life.

I usually do a variety of dynamic stretching, or sometimes just static stretching. I'll make a video soon demonstrating the various types
