I could be wrong but I'm almost 99% positive this was in the movie "everything is illumintated" and devotchka's song " and the winner is" which as far as i can tell is the instrumental version of this was featured in Little Miss Sunshine along with Gears Of War 2. Regardless though, this song is an amazing piece of work and those of us who have found it are lucky.

Sadly no it's not in the film " Everything is Illuminated" I bought the dvd but its not in it. I think it was used in the trailer for the film. Someone else on youtube used this song with images from the film, Hence my reason for buying it. You can imagine my confusion when it didn't feature in it
