I couldn't have said it better myself! It sucks knowing that the two couples weren't reunited at the end of the show because Jason and Shannen wouldn't return for the finale. It was the writers' intention to reunite both couples in the last episode, but they couldn't figure out a way so they just decided to stick default couple Dylan/Kelly back together. Who likes those two as a couple? No one.

Why did the writers on this show ruin the two most popular couples? Brandon/Kelly and Dylan/Brenda are obviously the fans' most favorite couples, but yet neither couple ended up together! That is just cruel! But I was happy hearing from the new 90210 that Dylan/Kelly didn't have a happy ending either, and it's nice that Brenda and Dylan are still friends. I think they're all still friends.

Kelly was disgusting and mostly hatable with Dylan, her and Brandon were amazing. That is what redeemed her for a lot of us. I was always a Kelly fan, but even I couldn't understand what the hell she did with Dylan, while Brenda was in Paris. I never understood any of it. The show planned to reunite Dylan/Brenda and Kelly/Brandon but couldn't because Jason and Shannon wouldnt return for the series finale.

ah well, the spin off includes Dylan being the father of Kelly's son named Sammy. Shannen in Entertainment Weekly said she doesn't want Brenda to be with Dylan anyway nor does she want to be in any love triangle with Kelly again.
LOL. Who is using a new faux series as proof of anything? The show tried to sign Shannon on for more episodes she ISNT interested. They tried to get Luke and Jason to return, but they wont. Luke spoke publicly, saying that he is DONE with Dylan and that its a insult to the Legacy of the show, for their to be A rehashed unoriginal knockoff! So the series ended in 2000. Kelly has no kids and neither does anyone else. If they get a Brandon or Dylan it will be recast.

If the series ended with Kelly and Brandon together while Dylan was not on the show then KELLY AND BRANDON WOULD HAVE BEEN DEFAULT BECAUSE THERE'S NO 2 GUYS TO CHOOSE FROM. BRANDON WAS THE ALTERNATIVE WHEN DYLAN LEFT. You BKers are just sore losers. You would have been in the same position if the series ended in season 7 or 8 while Dylan wasn't there. After season 5, Kelly never got the chance again to really prove who she wanted to be with out of Dylan and Brandon. Just accept it.
Kelly wanted Brandon after she chose herself. She went to Brandon for a relationship not to Dylan. Her first choice was Brandon. So Brandon was never default. Dylan was default in Seasons 9-10. How the hell can you say she doesn't love Brandon? You obviously haven't watched much of the show. She mentioned Dylan a few times during Seasons 6-8 and she mentioned Brandon a few times during Seasons 9-10. She isn't always talking about Dylan. You're living in a fantasy world LoLitaBaba29.

By the way, Kelly didn't have a date with Dylan in Season 7. She only had a date with Brandon, her true love. Tracy was already out of the picture. Brandon dumped her cuz he didn't love her.
What are you talking about? Kelly chose Brandon after she found out he was living with Brenda at the end of Season 6. There's clips of those moments when you hear her say basically since Dylan is doing his thing with Brenda, she wants to give it a shot with Brandon. She's always doing that to Brandon. I know Tracey was dumped but you make it seem like Tracy was long gone when she was in fact in this episode trying to get back with Brandon.
And with Dylan, Dylan wasn't suppose to show up because he never sent the telegram. It was Valerie who sent it and it was a Test of Love in which Kelly failed. Kelly hurried on out to airport with all dreamy eye smiles and was disappointed when he wasn't there, thats why she chose Brandon. You are only looking at this scene beause it makes you feel good but the sequence to this scene is not in its entirety.
I've watched this entire episode numerous times. It's pro-Brandon/Kelly, not pro-Dylan/Kelly. You're intentionally ignoring the facts since you're a Dylan/Kelly fan. That doesn't surprise me. Kelly didn't fail the Test of Love. She wasn't disappointed about Dylan's absence, but I'm sure you were. Kelly made it clear Dylan was only a friend, and that she was in love with Brandon.
Kelly chose herself in the second to last episode of Season 5. Then in the following episode, the season finale, she wanted to get back together with Brandon. That indicates Brandon was her preference, her first choice.
Dylan was gone for 3 seasons and Brandon was gone for less than 2, so a few more refernces to Dylan doesn't mean anything. They weren't references of love. Kelly made it clear in Season 7 that she chooses Brandon over Dylan. If you don't want to believe that, it's your problem.
She went to meet Dylan because he's a friend. Didn't you watch this video? Just because she went to the airport doesn't mean she loves him. She wore the ring on her necklace because she and Brandon weren't even back together at that point. He didn't even know she had the ring until the end of this episode.
There's no evidence to suggest Kelly and Dylan would have been together in Season 6 if Luke stayed. She would've probably still been with Collin because that set up some interesting storylines later. They always need new characters.
Brandon was Kelly's first choice, her true love. If Jason stayed Kelly would have ended up with Brandon. Jennie Garth said it herself. Kelly and Dylan didn't have true love. It was default love.
Thats what you don't get. If it really was meant to be, it would have been. You should read Jennie Garth's TV guide interview and see what she says about Luke Perry. So because you see Jennie said that and it makes you feel good, then that interview will break your heart, because she says Luke and her have a "dynamic" married like relationship. Also she loves the way Luke kisses, in her own words, she says its the only thing that matters when she's kissing Luke.
Brandon and Kelly aren't true love. If it was real life, they wouldn't have been together that long. Brandon is too goody to put with Kelly's sluttiness and her obsession with Dylan.

It wasn't a battle, it was because Dylan wasn't there so she moves on to the next best thing-Brandon. Even if the references about Dylan were more than Brandon, its also the context. I never heard Kelly talk about Brandon the way she talked about Dylan when he left.
When Dylan was gone, Kelly said she wouldn't throw anything of his away because they were so special and those were her words. Also, Kelly squirming in her seat about the way Dylan kissed her is another indication. But when it comes to Brandon, its not the same. She doesn't squirm around and become depressed when she finds out Brandon has moved on. Even with Brandon, Kelly has the sign of depression when she sees Dylan moving on. Not with Brandon.
She mentioned Dylan at the end of season 6, a couple of times in season 7, and once in season 8. none of them were references of love. it's just your imagination. Kelly squirming in her seat with Dylan and not Brandon? Again your opinion and imagination. Kelly was depressed when Brandon was with Tracy. She wasn't depressed that Dylan had moved on. She was only bothered when she heard about his marriage to Toni cuz she was shocked. It would've been the same if Brandon was getting married.
Jennie always said she preferred kissing Jason and that he was a better kisser than Luke. It's also well known that she is a huge BK shipper, not a DK one. She's not anti-DK, so she'll try to say something positive about that relationship, but she has a strong preference for BK.

I couldn't have said it better myself! It sucks knowing that the two couples weren't reunited at the end of the show because Jason and Shannen wouldn't return for the finale. It was the writers' intention to reunite both couples in the last episode, but they couldn't figure out a way so they just decided to stick default couple Dylan/Kelly back together. Who likes those two as a couple? No one.

Why did the writers on this show ruin the two most popular couples? Brandon/Kelly and Dylan/Brenda are obviously the fans' most favorite couples, but yet neither couple ended up together! That is just cruel! But I was happy hearing from the new 90210 that Dylan/Kelly didn't have a happy ending either, and it's nice that Brenda and Dylan are still friends. I think they're all still friends.

i agree the brandon and kelly were indeed the sweetest couple. but kelly with dylan they were okay but the only thing bad about that relationship Dylan did some many bad thing to himself and almost end his life. so with brandon he alot more better, gentlemen wise, caring,good looking,dress well and hardly ever did bad things that were wrong the only thing he did in his life was drunk driving and cheating on kelly accientdly.

Kelly was disgusting and mostly hatable with Dylan, her and Brandon were amazing. That is what redeemed her for a lot of us. I was always a Kelly fan, but even I couldn't understand what the hell she did with Dylan, while Brenda was in Paris. I never understood any of it. The show planned to reunite Dylan/Brenda and Kelly/Brandon but couldn't because Jason and Shannon wouldnt return for the series finale.

LOL. Who is using a new faux series as proof of anything? The show tried to sign Shannon on for more episodes she ISNT interested. They tried to get Luke and Jason to return, but they wont. Luke spoke publicly, saying that he is DONE with Dylan and that its a insult to the Legacy of the show, for their to be A rehashed unoriginal knockoff! So the series ended in 2000. Kelly has no kids and neither does anyone else. If they get a Brandon or Dylan it will be recast.

This was really cute. =] I hate how Brandon and Kelly were always fighting over Dylan though. While she was with Brandon they shouldn't of brought up the whole Dylan thing. I guess 90210 just loves love triangles. I think both men were good for her during different parts of her life. Like when she was in high school I loved her with Dylan but I also loved the Mr. Walsh Goes to Washington episode when Kelly goes to tell Brandon how she feels about him. They had all these emotions, feelings and attachments that weren't ever resolved. They broke up when they were 18 and then its like Dylan left town and that was that. There's no closure so she can't choose between Dylan and Brandon at that point. If it was the finale and they both were there, then you can see why she chose whomever because she would narrow it down but that didn't happen. It was just one or the other.

Regardless of whether or not Jennie was nervous kissing Ian or Luke, she said she was very comfortable kissing Jason, which implies she was not as comfortable kissing the others. The reason is she knew Jason the longest and was close friends with him. It's not clear from this TV Guide interview who she considers the best kisser; it depends on how you interpret things. However, Jennie's clearly indicated in other interviews she prefers kissing Jason and thinks of him as the best kisser.
