2.If you're referring to copulation no because copulation isn't part of the Divine or angelic nature(but a temporary gift for humans to reflect an eternal principle; Intimacy with God-the Groom-& humanity-the Bride-). "Going after strange flesh" in the Bible is not necessarily homosexuality, as we are warned about the "strange" adulterous woman in Proverb 5:20; 7:5; but, the context of Jude 1:7 clearly implies homosexuality. "Going after strange flesh" means going after flesh "different" than what is rightfully ours to claim (our spouse's body -1st Corinthians 7:4). Notice that Jude mentions both "fornication" and "going after strange flesh."

Obviously, Sodom's sins were more than fornication, and certainly more than a "lack of hospitality." The "strange" flesh simply refers to that which is forbidden by God for us to have, it is flesh outside the bounds of God's laws; hence, the term "sexual deviance" (to deviate from what is acceptable to God).

Surely a person does not need a degree in theology, to know that the word EXCEEDINGLY meant that these men of Sodom were rotten to the core. These weren't petty criminals. Genesis 19:4-9 tells us about two angels who were sent by God to deliver Lot, and his family, out of Sodom.
The angels came in the appearance of regular men. The homosexuals in the city of Sodom wanted to rape the two visitors.

Another gay teen committed suicide today 10/25/2011. Jamie Hubley. He was bullied because he was gay. Seems some so called Christians don't give a crap when a kid kills himself. Paul seems to condemn it in 1 Cor. but it is in reference to prostitution. Homosexuality has attached to it not only a variety of cancers that "normal" sexual appetites do not have, but as well an astronomical increase in psychological issues, suicide, alcoholism, drug use, and beyond all of the facts of that, it is most certainly NOT biblical. FYI- homosexuality is very natural look at nature, its there; so how you make that claim is beyond me. The only pain I suffered as a gay male was in my younger years (Im old) when i was called names and beat upon because of who God made me. Do you really think I (back them) wanted to be gay-really. Im married (in Iowa) to a man, for over 16 years.

Each verse taken in context with others tells the truth of Holy Scripture. The Bible is actually silent on homosexuality. 1.ALL the verses on the subject (Not just what Jesus said); Vital Since ACCORDING TO JESUS He came to FULFILL not DESTROY the Law & the Prophets & since ALL the verses are Divinely Dictated, Inspired, & Preserved.
2.Given that Jesus's earthly ministry was directed at 1st century Orthodox Jews (who didn't practice such behavior) talking about homosexuality would be pretty pointless.
