Well Kosovo is a part of Serbia, surely they can do 'whatever the fuck' they want.

The situations are almost identical, South Ossetia is historical part of Georgia, Kosovo is historical part of Serbia. By international law S Ossetia is a part of Georgia, and Kosovo a apart of Serbia.

When Kosovans want independance, it is supported by the West, when S Ossetia wants independance, the West rants amount international law.
