shoot one, jump, crouch while youre flying up the release crouch when your falling.

you dont put them on top of each other but next to each other and jump and hold crouch then blow em

I don't jump from the sniper roost, but rather from the ground below. I peek around and fire one just to the left (or right) of the bridge, near the edge. It only takes one 'nade from there instead of two. I land with around 90 hp left.

... crouch jumping of course :)

If you jump, then crouch, then hit the right trigger you fly further than a regular jump then trigger.
