Ok kids, before you start whipping out the sharpies, listen. I tried this to two of my controllers and now im embarassed to even own them. I fucked up on a line and now it looks like shit. And the sharpie rubs off after repeated use and sweaty hands... I suggest ordering one, or using spray paint and stencils if you want good quality designs without flaws.

@KLuckyV2 Before you start whipping out the sharpies and scribbling all over your controllers, do some research, and invest in a clear coat to make sure this does not happen to your controllers. For mistakes, have some methylated spirits and a clean tissue on hand. Please read the description.

1) your sharpies

2) q-tips with 60%-90% rubbing alcohol for mistakes

3) clear-coat, as he said

@trentandchristian the ebst way to fix that is to get a clear coat of spray paint for plasic bond and put 3-5 ligth coats on all sharpied parts. i do custom controllers, but never with sharpie. But its still the same steps pretty much.

ehat clear coat did you use? when i clear coated my design (using krylon gloss clear) everything got all smudgy and got ruined. hours of drawing wasted :(

Its like water proof. When you paint a birdhouse you want to clear coat it so that paint doesnt come off, It also protects it from molding in the rain. yet again its wood, So all thats doing is keeping the sharpie from comoing off, It might also make it shiney.
