  • I live in Chile and I wish the leader of the "student revolution" here (Camilla Vallejo) will hear this poem.

  • Does anyone actually support Mao?

    If so, they're fucking retarded.

  • @Wolfsrain90 what is mao

  • @rebelrevo1 Mao Tse-tung.

  • Deep

  • FIRE! GREAT BALLS OF FIRE

  • this is so awesome

  • Change hurt

  • I love this

  • This isn't a statement against communism or socialism or even capitalism. It's a warning that "Change hurts. We have got to be ready." We can look what the president campaigned on "Change we can believe in," and at what happened when he started implementing those changes(that are in all honesty not radical at all). It's not like these changes were unexpected either, and people still feel hurt. Imagine what radical change would be like.

  • I agree fuck communism !!

  • I LIKE KELLY TSAI !!!

  • i would so date this girl lol i love her personality!

  • xixi ni mei mei

  • "communism is not theoretical for everyone"

Neither is capitalism. You should try being the one used by big companies to make throw away clothes, electrical leads, harvest cocoa and coffee beans. You hardly ever get to have what you create due to disgraceful pay, yet companies report billions of profit every year.

With that said, I did enjoy the poem.

  • @PositiveNature Wow, yet another giant turd who missed the point by a mile.

  • @8alih So please, care to explain the point?

  • @PositiveNature If you didn't have the mental capacity to understand on your first viewing I don't think me spoon-feeding you will do the truck.

  • @8alih Just as I thought. An individual with a weak mind who finds it easier to curse and insult, rather than formulate an answer to educate. Good day to you.

  • @PositiveNature umm the point is that people dismiss communism as only this failed idea that works in the theoretical. She is stating that as purely speculative as it may be for us westerners, it is a harsh reality for many people in the world. So stop youtube politicking. Nobody cares about your rebel thoughts and sensationalist messages.

  • @TLMCPC You were doing so well, until this part.... "So stop youtube politicking. Nobody cares about your rebel thoughts and sensationalist messages. " Was that really needed? You're telling me noone cares for my sensationalist messages and rebel thoughts, but you happily sit and watch a woman talk thus. Lol, what an idiot. Good day to you.

  • as if the two were possible.. peace and the status quo..

someone should tell her the painfully contrived delivery and hand gestures don't help her case either hahaha

  • this poem can be summarized as READ HISTORY..

  • This girl is the shit.

  • peace and revoliution is possible..in dorder to acomplish world peace we need to go through an anarchist/revolutionary stage...but good poem

  • this was nice. real.

  • the word "revolution" is just a sexy word for people to wrap their sese of idealism, like reading the climax to a book without finishing the sad ending. Makes you think about Mao's philosophy "revolution starts from a barrel of a gun"

  • indeed...some people ingnore the idea of a radical revolution....which makes a lot of sence considering it hes never happened. But you must keep in mind that a radical revolution is possible. Some people have so much hate for history that we tend to ignore the future...a revolution is required...whether it be radical or not.

  • damn, sumone can't understand this poem...

  • her deliverance was coo but i didnt too much understand the whole thing

  • it's saying that people can scream for revolution and change as much as they want but change and revolution isn't easy or painless. That the unaffected can easily demand change, but they don't always realize the negative effects of the ones experimented on

  • I really liked this. I'm very much against dictators, be it Hitler or Fidel.

But I don't think "liberal" is a synonym for commie.

  • Stand up. 9/11 was an inside job with tv fakery shown on that day as "Live TV". The proof is in. Check out my Favorites. Investigate. Act.

  • 1:41

    DAMN!!

  • I got chills. This shit is crazy. She has got some serious talent.

  • whatchu talking bout ? shes good i love how she conveys her message.

  • "communism is not theoretical for everyone"

    PREACH

I love Kelly Tsai, she's not afraid to rep for those affected negatively by communism.

    peace.

  • Your ignorance regarding race relations in America is abysmal and laughable.

Your ignorance regarding the social experimenting done by the CCP is even more laughable.

  • What about if im irish and native american >.>

  • Change hurts.

    Living it is hard.

    We got to be ready,

    if we decide to

    Stand-up

    Tsai's words speak truth

  • it's not supposed to be 站起來 it's supposed to be 起立

    but this is really interesting

  • plus u r sexy u go girl! peace out!

  • o... i thought this is def jam comedy... i thought she was a comedian, at the end i thought to myself... 'why isnt she funny'... :)

  • llloooolll

  • Now that's hilarious! lol

  • @skatekoh this is def jam POETRY O_o

  • I'm sorry. But Mao was a horrible man. Do not quote him in any reference. Epic fail. Super powerful spoken word regardless.

  • ...

  • Mao est un advocate.

  • This really is beautiful. 5/5

  • *claps* that was some epic shit right thier

  • Powerful.

  • fuck mao, fuck commuinsim

  • friedcrispy, she's speaking out against authoritarianism (at least that's how I'm interpreting it). That doesn't just encompass the economic concept of communism or its implementation into any past or current political system, but includes capitalistic nations as well.

  • I agree..all governments and societies have a form of control and conformity. Many think they can 'escape' it by romantizing about another group or culture.

  • im sorry, ur over my head on this 1

  • Beautiful. 5*****

  • I dont know what the fuck "rootbootz" is thinking, that was a beautiful display of spoken word, sorry if you cant catch up

  • fuck

  • it's called speaking with emotion.

if you can't understand what she's saying- you're an idiot.

  • I love rebellious asians! my aunties are

  • This poem is tight...i love the political message...so many "educated" people talk about lenin, marx and mao because being socialist is a fashion statement...but they dont really understand what communism is really about and what a struggle it is. 5/5 stars

  • Communism and Socialism both stem from Marxist theory, but are not the same thing, with Socialism being a far more utopian concept. In addition, Marxism, Leninism, and Maoism are also not to be gathered under one roof. I think what you are trying to describe, is the fact that the lower classes (or in the case of communism, the people) oftentimes find themselves disadvantaged by governmental and economic philosophy, especially when it is applied in its theoretical, core state.

  • @mangarda Socialism is different from communism with an oppressive dictator, yet you talk about them like they are synonyms. Someone who wants the government to provide health care and education is not the same as someone who wants the government to have as 100% income tax or force people into worker programs.

  • @TopGunOriginal ahhh thank you. at least someone here knows the difference between communism and socialism. communism is outdated.

  • @mangarda there is a difference between socialism and communism. im a socialist.and i am really against people like Mao and Stalin. as for it being a fashion statement, yeah, ill give you that, i hate kids that walk around with Che Guevara messenger bags. its fucking annoying, cuz most of them think he's a west coast rapper. a revolution can only happen with the support of the people. you cant emplace a revolution on a people that dont want one. thats why i am fond of Che,he was an honest man

  • @raccoonman14

fond of che? 'really against' Mao and Stalin? You've really done your homework, I can see that you have an amazing grasp on different political ideologies.

Ask yourself this, would a real socialist consider socialism a fashion statement?

p.s What revolution are you thinking would "only happen with the support of the people?" Is this a serious expectation of yours?

  • @bjgatling ill try to awnser all your stupid fucking questions.. actually yes. Ernesto didnt kill hundreds of thousands of people.and i wasnt saying socialism was a fashion statement. you clearly didnt read the comment correctly. i said today, in capitalistic societies kids will wear bags with Che's face on them because they think its a fashion statement.and i could just point to North Africa where there are revolutions happening not because some "charismatic savior" is leading them but because

  • @bjgatling the people have arisen tired of the living conditions and repression being forced upon them.

  • that was amazing.

  • every time i hear this poem the last three stanzas give me crazy goose bumps. goddamn.

  • keep on...love your work...hope to see & hear more..

  • Love this poem. She makes a good point.

  • WOW!

  • NU MAO!! (deer hunter style)

  • 'Behind the poem' is different for everybody. It's the feeling you get from the poem. It's the lesson of life you learn from it. What I got was strength, encouragement. Maybe, you should start being more open-minded before you become all sarcastic. kthx.

  • Look behind the poem and find what she's really talking about. If that's all you're looking at, then you have issues. And NOBODY has no right to say that ANYBODY knows nothing about poems. She wrote from the heart. And that's all that matters.

  • NICE!!!

  • Genius.

  • Very well said.

  • It was great!

  • Beautiful, wonderful, edgy, witty and pure off-beat piece of heaven.
