Much more convenient and easier than the alternative of getting out of the pool, going into a stall in the ladies room, taking off the one-piece swimsuit, using the toilet and then putting the wet swimsuit back on again.

You are really dehydrated if your pee is that dark. I agree with that person down there, you have to drink a LOT more water. Not to mention, that's just pretty disgusting, but that's a different issue
