Dumasss! Same problem but fixed it. If ur jail broken....disable Apple Killswitch funtion in boss tools. This stops apple from acessing ur device and making some apps not work if it thinks u didnt rightfully purchase them. Then u can use boss tools or ssh or mobile terminal to set permissions to 755 read, write, access.... And then its genna work

There is an easy fix. First, you'll need to force quit Safari, Mail, and iPod. Remember, the iPhone has limited RAM. Those apps crash because there is not enough RAM to run them. To force quit, hold the HOME button until the app closes. A simple restart should also fix it. I've NEVER had this issue before...ever.
