If the malphite has things to counter assassins its impossible to assassinate him. Even talon with full build and 500 ad wouldn't be able to that.

And poppy would just get buttfucked as poppy doesn't have good escape abilities like Talon.

Therefore what you just said was completely retarded.

combo R 3 E Q @ 500 AP & malph at 2500 health(this is being considerate on his health we were at lvl 18)

R +40% damage to target

3 = DFG 500 AP = 47.5 * 1.4 = 66.5% current health(2500)[1662]

E =150+(400) initial impact @ 275+(400) into a wall = 1225 * 1.4 = 1715

Q = AD(130) + AP (300) + 8%(2500)[200] +Lich bane(500) = 1130 * 1.4 = 1582

a total amount of 4959 total flat damage. nearly double his health.
