  • The Stern Show and Our Gang... at last my 2 obsessions collide! Awesome vid!

  • Wow, that was seriously funny. Seeing the whole "Stern Gang" as kids was great. Robin overly laughing, Jackie begging for money, Gary as a monkey-boy, Artie with "WAHHH", Fred being... well, Fred, just great stuff all around. And I certainly didn't mind the woman enjoying that "rocket ship toy" either, lol

  • @HeroicPunk Thanks for the comment! Glad you enjoyed it! Bababooey to you!

  • haha wow this is good stuff

  • Thanks LZD! Hope you don't mind me calling you that!

  • no not at all and np

  • HILARIOUS!!!!

  • Thanks!!! Please share with your friends. :)

  • what do you mean by howie stern?

  • As in the King of All Media!

  • "I was playing house with my dad again." Great movie.

  • Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it. Tell your friends please.

  • That was great, I enjoyed that short a lot.

  • Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it! Tell your friends!

  • the script lacked devolpent.. i make better movies on my mobile phone

  • Development? Have you ever seen the original Our Gang shorts? Lets see these mobile phone movies that are so good...put up or shut up.

  • Wow... This is my first time viewing this film. Truly a great job, you guys should have one first place with this one. Kudos. great, great, great, film.

  • Thank you so much Mark! I'd be lying if I said it doesn't bother me that we weren't chosen, but what are you going to do? Thanks again!

  • I truely enjoyed the video clip. It made me laugh and I loved that they were little kids. Great job.

  • It's always nice to hear from another person who was entertained from our film...thanks!

  • I like this film better then the won that won the festival

  • Wow...thanks for the kind words Bill! Spread the word!

  • I have to agree with kdanieli I think the directing was very good and but the script lacked any real development. I know there wasn't much time to put together a well thought out script. All in all I give it a 7 out of 10. I'm really looking forward to 2nd installment.

  • Thanks for the comment...I really have to take offense to those who say that there was no real development...the short is a take off on the original OUR GANG shorts...those never had any real development, just kids getting into mischief.

  • I actually really dig this. It's really bloody funny and it has lesbians. What could be better?

  • Glad you enjoyed it! Spread the word!

  • this just keeps getting funnier - everytime i watch it.

  • Thats really cool of you to say Max! I'd love to do a sequel..the further adventures of Little Howie and the Stern Gang.

  • That was great Scott I would like to see another one of those.

  • Thanks! I was hoping to do a whole series of Little Howie shorts if the film won, but it didn't so none planned for now unfortunately.

  • Thanks! Spread the word!

  • nice art direction. some funny parts (when robin laughs), the character intros, but the script, overall, is shit.

  • Glad you enjoyed some of the elements, sorry you thought that way about the script. Looks like youre in the minority.

  • I learned with the best!

  • Thanks Lou!

  • Thanks for saying that. Much appreciated. Maybe I'll do a sequel for next year?

  • Great flick! Be sure to check out my entry entitled "Bababooey: The Early Years" on youtube

  • Thanks! I'll check yours out right now.

  • Thats very flattering of you to say. Thank you so much!

  • I have to admit I'm not a huge Howard Stern fan, but I still found this incredibly funny and enjoyable

  • The fact that non-Howard fans are enjoying the film too is great to hear. Thank you.

  • Excellent stuff, Scott. Great job.

  • Thanks for your support Chris!

  • Lol I liked this one much better than the film festival winner. The humor is much more in line with the Stern show.

  • Thank you. I really appreciate you saying that.

  • It's really a shame this film didn't make it to NY! All the show references were pitch perfect; the audience woulda gone crazy for it. And you dopn't even need to say it- I'll definitely tell my friends!

  • Thanks! All the fans watching it online seem to really enjoy it, so thats the next best thing! Thanks again for your support!

  • How much did your movie cost to make?

  • You said they better be showing Citizen Cane. So that means you have a very high reguard for your film. You are trying to get a buzz going about it and that is good. You used professional actors and used the little rascales and our gang for your story so your movie probably got DQ 'D. It is well done but come on man don't wizz down my back and tell me it's raining.

  • I put a :) after my Citizen Kane comment above to suggest that I was kidding around. Its always hard to convey sarcasm online. But I meant it all in good fun.

As for my film possibly being DQ'd, NONE of my cast or crew were in unions or had any agency representation per the rules. They are professional in the sense that they have worked as actors. As for Little Rascals/Our Gang, it is an homage but there was nothing copyrighted used in the film. Even the music was original composition.

  • Dude like I posted earlier I think it is very good but your movie isn't Citizen Cane. Your movie is Howard Stern and crew as the little rascales and our gang. Don't get me wrong I think it is good but it isn't all that. I was wondering if these were paid actors or just friends in your flick?

  • I never claimed it was, just having some fun. They were all professional actors who did the film to add to their resume. It was all volunteer basis for cast and crew.

  • Wow! That was really good! I can't believe they didn't pick it as a finalist. If they didn't pick this one, what they did pick better be f*cking GOLD!

  • Thats what I'm saying. They better be showing CITIZEN KANE at the festival! :) Glad you dug the film, please spread the word! Thanks!

  • Thank you Lou. I appreciate that. It does take a lot to work with children, but I have to say that I was super fortunate to have a group of talented, mature kids, amazing and helpful parents, and a gret crew that helped make the children feel completely comfortable.

  • I agree 200%

  • Thats pretty cool of you to say so. Thanks!

  • Thanks for all your support and help! Everyone should keep an eye out for the Hurless boys!

  • Hey now!

  • I agree. Casya is a superstar in the making!

  • Thanks Nipps! Its a shame we all couldn't be finalists!

  • Gotta Luv IT!!! Great job Scott!

  • Thanks! Spread the word to your friends!

  • Amazing amazing amazing. Very well done. I'm shocked it didn't place.

  • You the man!

  • Better have made it to the top! Great film both story, execution and filming!! Best one I've seen yet!

  • Unfortunately, we weren't chosen as a finalist. Thank you so much for the praise and make sure to tell all your friends about it.

  • Really... I didn't get a chance to listen to the whole film fest show but heard they had a film about them as little ones! I was hoping it was this one, but I guess a couple people had the idea huh!

  • Yep. Though aside from the fact that it had kids too, the film that won sounded like it was very different from mine. Thanks for checking mine out.

  • wow, glad I got to see an entry! well done

  • Much appreciated. Spread the word!

  • Awesomely funny!!

  • Thanks for the awesomely great comment. Tell your friends!

  • Nicely done! Little Howie was brilliant.

  • Thanks! I couldnt have asked for a better actor to portray a Little King of All Media.

  • This film definintely captures the spirit of the Stern show. Great concept, well executed.

  • Thats exactly what I set out to do, so thank you for saying that.

  • great job! too another view askew board member!

  • Thanks fellow VA boardie! Spread the word!

  • Freaking hilarious

  • Freaking thanks! Save me futurist!

  • Funny

  • I think so too :)

  • That was pretty good.

  • Thanks! Tell your friends!
