Too bad most toothpastes contain SLS (sodium lauryel sulfate) and other ingredients that can cause ulsers....and cancer. Don't use whitening toothpastes, the lactoferrin has many horrible side effects. Just use plain old toothpaste.
You really should use toothpaste...Brushing with water will remove minimal plaque and it will not strengthen your tooth enamel like toothpaste does...

You really should use toothpaste...Brushing with water will remove minimal plaque and it will not strengthen your tooth enamel like toothpaste does...

on the contrary, i never had any problem with breath. i never had any problems with my teeth at all. my teeth are strong by nature. you don't know what you are talking about. look at some primitive groups living in country of Africa, they clean their teeth only with a wooden stick and have them all right.
