Anarchy Online (AO) is Sci-Fi. They stole unabashedly, from the best, and made it their own. Tir from Mos Eisley, Sandworms from Dune, implants from Johnny Mnemonic, skill programs, shades, riding jackets & every style from the Matrix & more.

Anarchy Online is complex, but empowering:

Anarchy online is complicated the way that a graphic equalizer is more complicated than the old 'Bass-treble' analog dials.

You have to do more for yourself, but you have more control. This is true of the interface, but also and more importantly, of character build.

AO gives power to the players like no other game out there. You start off having a hard time with equal, yellow mobs, and move to taking on mega-purples (it only goes up to red, tho] solo.

Sure it is because of your equipment, but more importantly, it is -the way you use- your equipment, because equipment affects skills, & skills are the requirement for better equipment.

AO is a journey, and a destination, and any level in between 1 and 220 is viable:

Notum Wars Towers are prized for their ability to boost character stats, so Notum Wars fields are fought over continually. Fields are in every level range, so every character level has a use somewhere in the Notum Wars.

AO is politics. Corporate Omni or radical Clan, with a thousand shades of ideology, including Neutral, in between.

News updates and forum debates give the game a living history that anyone can watch (and anyone with an account can participate in)

I have a lvl 15 mp, and she doing pretty good..but i'm still working on her implant trying to get to ql lvl 125 implant for her :). at this movement I have ql 80ish implant..since my graphic card are bad i put my acc on hold, I will start it again soon.

this game is a blockier version of WoW. BUT I WILL TRY IT. My friend plays it and she is going to help me out a bit in the beginning and I will post a video of my overview of it.

this in my opinion is really the most beautiful mmorpg out there not graphicswise but ... you just feel so calm when playing it :) it expresses some kind of lovely feeling through playing it , i wish i could be a member again i miss my 143 keeper ...*sigh* i hope you look good with that ne wgraphics engine AO ! if not you'll disappoint a whole load of people like me :)

Anarchy Online is the most advanced mmorpg out there. There is so much content, and it takes a long time to learn everything. The game is good eventho it is old, now I want to open my shade acc again :D! 220 shade rk1 :P
