Osstrixx: Yes McCain has a plan to answer a problem concerning CO2 emissions. If he knew anything about greenhouse gasses he would know that CO2 increases our temperature at a lesser rate than even water vapor. Keeping one element from increasing will not fix the problem. Its a patch without a real fix.
I do not endorse any candidate as I feel none of them fully understand the problems the world is facing nor desire to act on them; they simply seem to want to get in office and nothing more.
