I really did not like this game very much because for some reason it would almost never read my brush strokes correctly. :|

I always wished that the developers would've given us the option to play this game with the original PS2 controls because it would've taken away all of the frustrations that I had with the game. ;)

Don't mean to be mean or anything, but it would help if you took your time with the brush strokes. Making them slower would result in a better drawing.

Uh, FreQuenczy, the battles only give you money. It's the Sidequests that give you Praise, which act as your EXP. You use it to upgrade your stats.

I can't remember anytimes I had problems with the Celstrial Brush, oh well. And you don't need to buy the dodge thechnice I went through the whole game perfectly fine without it. Great review nonothertheless.

I didn't know you made reviews of games @FreQuenczy, and good review. I did a review already of Okami (I just type it and posted in a gaming group on Facebook, didn't made a video of it, and I did it way before this video got release, it was like a few months ago), and its a nice game. I would have given this game a 5/5 since its gamepay is really fun (similar to The Legend of Zelda series), graphics are beautiful, storyline is interesting, and soundtrack is great.

Its not really cel shaded, its just done in the style of Sumi-E, and also Amaterasu wasn't a wolf god , she the Sun Goddess.

I think you drew your cherry bombs wrong. You drew that little stick to the bottom when it is suppose to be on top... I think that might solve some of your problems.

3:26 The reason it wouldn't read your drawing for the bomb is because you can only have one cherry bomb on the screen at a time until you get the upgrades to place more on the screen later in the game. Since your first one didn't explode yet, it wouldn't let you draw the second one.

Its rare for me to find games I actually want play to get 100% on and this was one of those few. It was also quite a challenge to get every bead and do every side quest in the game but it was really fun.

The only thing I had wrong with this game was the brush at times and fighting (insert spoiler here) 3 times. (-_-)

This is my favourite Wii-game.

And about the drawing, it DOES work fine. There are certain tricks to keep in mind for each brush technique, and then if you do it that, it works fine.

Like when you tried to do the cherry bomb in the video.. The fuse is supposed to be pointing upwards to make it most likely to work.

ive played through the entire game on the wii and i saw a few flaws in your review for one you dont gain xp from battles only money you gain praise (or xp) from side quests when you help people or animals or plants you dont have to get the dodge roll and you didnt explain the rythm combat you swing your wii mote in a rythm and that will get you a combo so those were the mistakes it still is a great game go and buy it
