i cannot believ that the coward declares war, then looses so now he is using the media to spread his lies to the western world. it is a sad reality that the western world is foolish and knows nothing, saakashville is the murderer and now he fears for his life so he appears on tv crying for help from pres. bush. well you started a war for no reason at all, now you should fight it and eventhough you will loose, you should be brave enough to admit your lose.

Saakashvili has been elected twice, so clearly the majority support him. Even the Georgian opposition supports joining NATO, so the overwhelming majority of Georgians must, as well, if they keep getting elected. Russia has been bullying Georgia and Georgians for years. It has supported the separatists for years, and helped Abkhazians ethnically cleanse Georgians out of Abkhazia in 93. It clearly was readying itself for an invasion long before Aug 8, so let's not mix up who's the aggressor here.

you clearly are, abkhazia is not a "separitist" region. it is its own nation being illegally held by georgia, that is why they can't enter nato. a nation with internal conflict cannot enter nato. and i know for a fact that many georgians lived in ossetia and are now homeless like the 35,000+ ossetians because of saakashville. who is the agressor to them. is it me or saakashville. and he was not elected by the people and the georgian refugees in tblisi say they donot dupport this madman.

Firstly, about Abkhazia: in 1989, there were 239,872 Georgians in Abkhazia, and 93,267 Abkhazians. In 2003, there were now only 45,953 Georgians and 94,606 Abkhazians. The rest of Georgians were ethnically cleansed out of their homes by Abkhazians but mainly by Caucasian mercenaries armed and paid by Russia, led by Shamil Basayev, the Chechen man who ironically later turned against Russia and was responsible for Beslan and other attacks.

i know that is a lie because every one knows that there was even a research to prove that the beslan attack was actually russian troops calling themselvs chechen to make the chechens look bad. it was the chechens who saved the beslan. and please, i know abkhazians and they only do what has been done to them. georgia deserved any thing abkhazia did and i know that abkhazia did not do this because i know many who were a part of all of this, it is a propaganda lie. that is the truth

As for Saakashvili, again, he was elected earlier this year with more than 50% of the vote. And now you can be sure that Georgians will rally behind their president, because that's what always happens during war, whether the country is right or wrong.

what do you not understand about a military coup, a rigged election. he paid people to vote for him, he used force to break up protests against him, he is a tyrant who will be stooped, as for georgians, many are turning against him even more because while georgians are homless and hungry because he declared war,saakashville is crying infront of the tv's. what type of man is he, he cannot fight proudly, he cannot help his own people, and he lies in the name of god. he will pay much more than now.
