@Merlin15011974 hey accept it, Tarja isn´t in nightwish ( of course that I loved her in nightwish, so much that I can´t accept anette and because of this I don´t listen them anymore) and for other side this song doesn´t belong to nightwish. This cover is more like the original is more soft; rock adaptation made by nightwish was good, but I wouldn´t say that is the best. For my part I prefer this version is more lyrical and her voice sounds more beautiful.

I don't get the epic feel listening to this version that I do when I listen to the NW cover. Listening to NW's version actually makes me feel like I'm flying with the Snowman. gerdote, she has two whole albums of new material, and is working on a third, she just also covers nightwish songs live because she knows that her fans will enjoy it. And we do, very much so. Because while I will say that Annette is a talented singer, and nightwish' new material is not bad (though not great either in my opinion) most of Annettes vocal covers pale drastically when compared to Tarja's originals.
