  • IT'S YOUR TURN, SOLIDWORKS!

  • Seems to have a pretty intuitive interface and i like this. but i don't know anyone who uses this. In study (Germany) we use ProEngineer and most companys use either this or Catia5. So..anyone who works with it and in which appliance? and where?

    thx

  • @ChuckNorrisSuperhero I'd really like to see SolidWorks on Mac....I used Pro-E at university and I hated it. I found it really unintuitive and creating drawings on it was a total nightmare. Many of my friends had a lot of success with Inventor, especially designing and optimizing gears and suspension systems.

  • I am so excited to try this out!!!! I have been building and designing my whole life but just jumped into 3D CAD last month. Having this released just when I was looking for which CAD software to consider using is almost like having some read my mind and making the best dream come true. I keep pausing the video and checking out the menus, and it all makes so much sense, I know I can learn this quickly and get right to being in a creative flow!

  • Inventor needs fully integrated CAM. Autodesk needs to buy a CAM company that can create true fully integrated CAM for Inventor / Inventor Fusion. I lay out in detail what the problem is here:
