I thought a lot of the style was very good. The main aspects that I think need work is being on beat the entire time. A lot of your moves are clean however they don't hit on beat, either they are a second late or early. Some parts you are perfectly on beat which is great. I know this is over 3 years old so you have most likely improved greatly from this.

i really like your dance (this video was when you were starting) but it's not unsynchronised, you just weren't in beat, maybe because of stress and lack of experience :) but "normal" people don't really care about how you play with music, they just look at how your dance looks like, i know this because i'm popper too.

It's just a sideglide. If you look up gliding tutorials on youtube, you'll find out how to do it.

Most likely they'll teach you a "circle glide." The difference between the sideglide and the circle glide are that you're sliding your "outer foot" in front of the "inner foot."
