  • Wow she looked really suprised at the effects, but you couldn't tell

  • Looks like Bette Midler on Hocus Pocus, I like it :D

  • @soylakekagalindo thanks!

  • This was really cool.

  • WoW! ale super!!

  • Thanks so much for posting this! I've been wondering how to block out the eyebrow for some stage makeup I'm doing, and this is really helpful

  • @jNmeek1 Thank you for the feedback and we are so glad that you found us and that we were able to help!

  • @jNmeek1 You can also use the gluestick metode. Where you take a waterbased gluestick, and stick your eyebrows down, and then use a green concealer. After, you can cover it with white powder.

  • @Neerawenxhee I'll have to try that method too. Thanks!

  • I'm just wondering if you don't teach any hygiene in school? All I can see is that you use products straight out of the pot with the brushes. Ever heard of cross termination ?

  • @TheYvonnebo I have never heard of cross termination. Do you mean cross-contamination? Yes, we do use excellent hygiene practices at the School, particularly in our beauty and clinical classes, just like out there in the working makeup artist community.

  • @TheYvonnebo ever heard of make up?

  • great job, Dave !! make up is very interesting.. x Kirk..Montreal, Canada

  • One of the most important reasons we prefer pros aide at Make Up First School is that it is a medical surgical adhesive; as such, it is very rare that people are going to have an adverse skin reaction to the product. In addition, pros aide comes in so many consistencies, and is easier, and less messy to remove (with bond off) than spirit gum.

  • Just curious what makes you prefer pros aide over either the spirit gum alone technique, of the eyebrow plastic? I find the spirit gum technique, or this one is great for stage, but for film, or even drag (where the artist will end up somewhat close to the audience) the eyebrow plastic works better for me

  • That wig is a human hair, lace-front wig, constructed by Dave Bova. He's an amazing makeup artist and wigmaster from NYC who comes to Chicago to teach at Make Up First School. As for the skin flap part-can you be more specific?

  • Where did you get that wig? And (excuse my idiocy), but what is that skin flap part called?

  • Why thank you MsMWood!!!

  • YAY Jamie and Dave Great vid!!! 5 stars
