Ok everyone slates it for going around a corner & F1's better, (which it ain't, it's dull as hell) but for every race line they have in F1, NASCAR has the same racing lines but 3/4 people battling for it at the same time in a pack. In my opinion, NASCAR is the best category of race of cars, on speed and adrenaline they are the factors that do the best of this proof among all existent ones!

Depends. I don't really like that the NASCAR series does not have any difficult turns to tackle, the only real obstacle is your opponents. Tracks like Spa Franchorchamps are both fast and challange the drivers and the cars cornering ability, which requires reflexes and skill as well. Although your opponents are a bit further away from each other.

I prefer the european races still, but I can see that driving continiously at speeds of 180 mph can be quite challenging.

I already recognized it is a challenge. I am just saying that road racing offers a much bigger challange then the usual NASCAR races. Look at Formula 1, for example. Or GT. Or DTM. Those cars are hard to keep under controll too, with all that power in them. But they have much harder courses to navigate.
