put an aftermarket all FORGED 454 SB V8 with SAME boost in that Skyline ,instead of 700hp, you will have about 1700hp. My point is, for straight line speed ,its hard to beat the v8 concept .Calm down thinking im some redneck ,comming hear to bash imports , WRONG i like the v8 tundra, v8 lexis ,v engines are better than inline engines ,because you can fit more CI in a smaller space. what about that v8 sound

its all too much, what would be the point in 1700 bhp? you would have huge traction issues all the way up to 5th 6th or even 7th (if you have one) gear. i dont think many brakes would be able to cope with stopping that load, the moment it turns your suspension will just give up... AND!! (last one i swear :P) Inline engines are more economical than V8's...

In the end at least $30k has to gone into this car but when you account for maintenance and tuning whatever ecu it as who knows how much they have spent?

@THEB0SS302 Agreed. They're way overdone... I own R32 skylines (not GTR's) so I am a big fan but I cannot stand the current trend of very showy rims and spoilers and crystal lights etc... Make the car look like a barbie ride. Sad for something as special as this. It's bloody fast too...then again most 700HP cars are bloody fast. Mine's r34 seems way more responsive with much less power and twin turbo, also using the 2.6 non stroker so I'd take that one any day.
