Great video. Sometimes smaller hospitals rely on highly trained physicians to maintain their services (transplants, open heart surgery, etc.). This allows a physician to behave any way he wishes without any consequences. I witnessed nurses get fired because they confront physician or refuse to go along with his lateral violence routine. Health care institutions must resolve to develp a zero-tolerance policy or lateral violence will never go away (we may talk about it but it will never go away).
